SustainaGuard™ 34 is a revolutionary innovation for the box industry. Spectra-Kote has developed a coating method to create a water resistant, non-skid and anti-blocking linerboard. This allows for hassle free corrugation as well as imparting the necessary properties required for full integration through out the life cycle of the box.
Application Methods
SustainaGuard™ 34 linerboard is a multi bump application applied on industry standard gravure and/or rod coater application equipment. Spectra-Kote can produce product in house or can help facilitate the ideal process for application that will work with your current equipment.
Corrugation
SustainaGuard™ 34 can be seamlessly integrated into most current corrugating techniques. Spectra-Kote has developed a series of recommendations for corrugation to aid in the ease of integration. Please contact one of our professional Sales Representatives for details.
