Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC
Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC is an aqueous based multi-functional barrier coating designed specifically to impart a conductive surface to a variety of substrates. This includes paper, polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrene surfaces. This printable clear conductive coating is abrasion resistant while supplying good gloss, excellent rub resistance and flexibility.
Gluing and Printing
Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC can be glued with cold-set adhesives or hot-melt adhesives. Spectra-Kote can provide you with a detailed list of qualified adhesives best suited for use with this product.
Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC is over-printable using Flexographic press. It is recommended that all inks be reviewed for suitability of ink coverage characteristics prior to production to ensure optimum printing results.
Dilution
Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC can be diluted with water. The percent of dilution depends on an analysis of the required performance levels.
Application Methods
Spectra-Guard™ 763-ACC is suitable for application with any machinery designed for water-based formulations. These applications can include Blade Coater, Flexographic, Rod Coater, Air Knifes and Gravure processes.
