Colored Liners

Spectra-Kote Corporation has been an award winning producer of colored liner since 1958.  Recieving numerours honorable mentions and notibily first place and best of show at the Point of Purchase Advertising Institute Convention.  Spectra-Kote Corporation also received first place overall at the Association of Independent Corrugating Converters Convention.  Historically, Spectra-Kote Corporation has been the leader in manufacturing water based flexo inks, water based-pigmentized clay based coatings and several award winning over-print varnishes.  Spectra-Kote Corporation is capabile of matching 85% of the Pantone Matching System Booklets using nothing more than natural kraft liner.

Currently Spectra-Kote Corporation has approximitly 4,000 color formulas on file.  The Spectra-Kote premium color series is benefitted by the use of the only off-line 102 inch wide Air Knife Coater in North America.  More economical color systems are available through the use of our 100 inch wide Rod Coater or our 104 inch wide two station Gravure/Flexo Printer.  Over print varnish gloss can range from flat to the highest gloss available in North America.  Some of these over print varnishes can contain fuctional values such as water resistancy to extend the life of a point of purchase display for outdoor use.

All of the colors and all of the varnishes are available by our toll coater and printer customer base.
